“Once Upon A Gourmet Gin” (blog) has a recipe for a vegetarian black bean burger. It sure looks tasty… and like a real burger. It’s the first time I’ve encountered that blog, so I can’t really tell you about the quality of the recipes but this one looks straightforward enough. A tip that the author also mentions: make a lot of the patties and freeze them. You can have healthy burgers all the time.
